If we miss your call
Voicemail goes to Nate's mobile. We return calls within an hour during business hours, by 9am next day if you call after 8pm. There's no phone tree, no auto-attendant, no "Press 1 for sales" theater — you reach a real person who can quote your property.
When the best time to call is
Practical answer: Mon-Fri mornings between 9am and 11am Arizona time tend to be the calmest, which means the longest unhurried conversation. Mid-afternoon (1-3pm) is also good. Saturdays we answer but typically have a property walk or two scheduled, so callbacks may run an extra 30-60 minutes.
If you're dealing with a hard deadline — a foreclosure trustee sale, a court-ordered sale date, a military reporting date — say so when you call. We rearrange our day to fit your timeline rather than the other way around.
What you can expect on the first call
A five- to ten-minute conversation. We'll ask about: the property's address, rough year of construction, condition (move-in / dated / deferred / distressed), what's going on with the situation, and your ideal close timeline. With that information, we pull comparable sales data live during the call and quote a range — typically a 10% band like "$285K to $315K" — before we hang up.
If you want to proceed from there, we schedule a property walk-through (typically within 24-72 hours). The walk takes 20-45 minutes and you don't have to be there if you're out of state — we coordinate access with a neighbor, family member, or property manager. Within 24 hours of the walk, we deliver a written purchase agreement with a specific dollar amount.
No part of that process costs you anything. If you decide it's not the right move for you, we don't follow up with a nurture sequence.

We operate out of Phoenix. Site visits are coordinated to your property — we come to you, not the other way around. If you want to meet at our office, we have shared workspace in central Phoenix and can arrange it by appointment.
